Description Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation of CNO tools and capabilities.
Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms
Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government
Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications
Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment
Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, four (4) years of relevant programming experience (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) in the field may be substituted.

Experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
Experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments
