IT SPECIALIST – Randolph, MA Full time opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful IT Specialist to support the technological needs of our school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment and is passionate about helping staff and students succeed through reliable technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on desktops and laptops.
Support and maintain Office 365 accounts and applications.
Assist teachers and staff with basic tech troubleshooting.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with the IT team and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
Strong troubleshooting skills for printers and common network issues.
Hands‑on experience with desktop and laptop repair.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle for traveling between school and residential sites.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a school or educational setting.
Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, routers, switches).
Intune and Google Workspace knowledge.
