Are you detail-oriented and passionate about turning employee information into actionable insights? Join our team as a Core HR Analyst and play a key role in keeping our workforce data accurate, updated, and ready to fuel smart business decisions. You will be responsible for accurate data entry of employee information, including processing new hires and all employee changes. Maintaining data integrity with high attention to detail Developing, maintaining, and distributing standard and custom HR reports and queries Completing required reports, including turnover reporting Ensuring accurate documentation of all procedures and practices applicable to functions and responsibilities Supporting team members by assisting with time and labor administration, providing HRIS support, and completing salary surveys Providing departmental support as needed, which may include managing SharePoint, coordinating records, and assisting with budget completion Exercising utmost discretion while handling highly confidential data Other team functions include compensation analysis, pay-for-performance administration, and HRIS stewardship. Physical Requirements
Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited four year college or university One (1) year of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or related field Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of employees and management Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word and Excel Valid driver’s license Preferred Requirements
One (1+) year of experience in human resources data entry Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HRIS and TimeClock Plus (TCP) Selection Process
