Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, 633 East Cabrillo Boulevard, Santa Barbara 93103 Responsibilities
Welcome guests and escort them to their seats for dining Seat guests and manage the seating chart Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow Perform opening and closing duties as needed Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Ensure knowledge of the menu Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Assist team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships Qualifications
A minimum of 3 months experience in a full-service restaurant or food and beverage operation Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed; open availability Restaurant and hotel experience is highly preferable Schedule
AM shifts as early as 11:30am and PM shifts start around 4:00pm Benefits
