1 Year (with potential for extension or conversion) Pay Rate:
$55–$58/hr Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization's Digital Lab. This role will focus on the execution, optimization, and performance management of CRM campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, compliant, and effective CRM/email marketing campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day management of medium to high complexity CRM/email campaigns Coordinate internal teams and agency partners to execute flawless campaigns Develop project timelines, campaign briefs, and weekly status reports Track campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights Optimize ongoing campaigns based on data analysis and strategic goals Ensure alignment with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes Document change requests, risks, and resource needs Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams on cross-functional initiatives Drive continuous improvement of campaign operations and reporting processes Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 3–5 years of CRM, email marketing, or 1:1 marketing experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare) Strong project management background; tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms Ability to analyze performance data and derive optimization strategies Exceptional client service and communication skills—comfortable in a client-facing role Understanding of MLR processes; experience with Veeva PromoMats is a plus Background in agency environment or cross-functional team settings is beneficial Power BI or campaign dashboard reporting knowledge is a plus
