Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer who thrives in a fast‑moving, 0‑to‑1 environment. You will own the core platform services that power our products, working across the full technological stack with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, maintainable platform architecture.
Build robust, high‑performance backend services and APIs using Python and, when needed, Rust.
Automate infrastructure with modern DevOps practices and tools (IaC, CI/CD, monitoring).
Provide technical guidance on architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
Own features from concept to production in a 0‑to‑1 setting.
Qualifications / Requirements
Proven experience building software in fast‑paced environments, with a strong foundation in Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
Track record of designing and delivering end‑to‑end systems from scratch.
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for open‑source contributions.
