About the Role
We’re building the foundation for the next generation of AI applications — rethinking inference efficiency from the ground up. As generative AI workloads scale, inference is quickly becoming the bottleneck. Our integrated hardware–software inference stack delivers breakthrough performance, efficiency, and model quality — enabling developers to deploy and manage AI workloads at production scale in seconds.
Our team combines deep experience across AI, distributed systems, and hardware, with multiple successful exits behind us. We’re now looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth, forge partnerships, and expand our market presence across the developer cloud and AI datacenter ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships across developer cloud and datacenter markets.
Develop and execute strategies to expand reach through cloud marketplaces, token aggregators, and developer tools.
Work directly with early customers to understand needs, refine offerings, and establish repeatable business models.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals with technical capabilities and roadmap.
Track market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
5+ years in business development, partner management, or strategic alliances — ideally within AI infrastructure or neocloud companies.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills across complex partnerships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, data-driven decision‑maker with strong strategic instincts.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
Deep understanding of the AI inference ecosystem.
Experience with developer tools, APIs, or PaaS platforms.
Background working in or scaling early‑stage startups.
Bay Area preferred (hybrid or onsite).
