Your Role as Chief CRNA
As Chief CRNA, you will lead and coordinate the anesthesia workforce while maintaining an active clinical presence. You’ll oversee operations, staffing, workflow, and quality initiatives in partnership with physician anesthesiologists and hospital leadership. This position combines leadership, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to shape a department culture focused on teamwork, safety, and patient‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to CRNAs, including scheduling, workflow optimization, performance feedback, and professional development.
Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to maintain safe, efficient, and high‑quality anesthesia services.
Deliver anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical specialties, including general, regional, and endoscopy cases.
Focus on complex, high‑acuity cases within a collaborative care team model.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
People‑First Leadership
Collaborative Team Culture – CRNAs and anesthesiologists work side‑by‑side, supporting one another in an integrated, team‑based care model.
Strong relationships with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams, playing an active role in quality, process improvement, and hospital committees.
Culture of camaraderie—celebrating milestones, team achievements, and shared interests beyond the OR.
Qualifications
NBCRNA Certified or Certification Eligible
Authorized to work in the United States
Flexible Scheduling, Balanced Living
Full‑time schedule averaging 40 hours per week, with 8‑ and 10‑hour shifts.
No call requirements.
Flexible coverage and supportive cross‑team collaboration to allow meaningful time off without stress.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
Annual base: $280,000 – $310,000 + Chief Stipend
Options for W‑2 or 1099 employment models
$30,000 commencement bonus
