The incumbent will have primary ownership of the development and execution of strategy and business plans to drive growth and profit objectives for the KCP Partnership Products business. This role is responsible for collaborating with marketing peers, sales, cross sector R&E, legal, product supply, finance, planning, and directly with customers to achieve business objectives.
Provide marketing and business acumen to develop and successfully commercialize insight driven customer solutions encompassing product category strategies and innovation initiatives. The lean organizational structure of the business provides this role broad responsibility to deliver business results and opportunities to creatively develop and execute new product efforts from the early explore phase through commercialization.
The incumbent will need to consistently demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be skilled in market assessment and strategy development & execution, be decisive and be able to influence others in a dynamic environment to achieve results.
The role works closely with the sales team and requires direct interaction with customers. Collaboration with the sales team includes development & execution of customer penetration, acquisition and retention strategies and tactics that support achieving category volume and profitability objectives.
The incumbent reports to the Business Leader Partnership Products. The incumbent is the marketing manager for the Delivery Systems and Sorbents business and leads the development, management, and execution of business level marketing activities as well as product management and commercialization activities across specific categories. The incumbent is responsible for developing and coordinating marketing plans to drive optimal ROI and achieve growth objectives of these business units. The incumbent is responsible for delivering sales/customer collateral in assigned categories that motivates, and drives change in customer buying behavior based on key market/product/competitive/customer/end‑user insights for this business unit.
In this role, you will:
Achieve/Exceed annual business targets
Incumbent leads identification of customer/end‑user needs insights, develops market size/potential models and drives product development including execution of marketing plans to achieve successful commercialization of new opportunities
Synthesize, interpret, and apply information to develop insights providing new perspective on products, categories, competitors, markets, and/or K‑C pricing and performance
Define the current market position and potential demand opportunities via situation and opportunity assessments for brands, products, and portfolios
Initiate and manage overall product portfolio with consideration for competitive offerings
Provide timely, effective oral and written communications to inform business team of category activity and products, providing recommendations as needed to capitalize on opportunities
Support product management initiatives to ensure product portfolio health
Maintain Kimberly‑Clark’s category leadership position in key categories in both B2B and B2C
Connect across the K‑C Enterprise seeking opportunities to leverage the full breath of product/technology innovation to enable speed to market and drive growth

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and/or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related marketing/business experience with proven track record of success
Ability to develop and successfully execute growth strategies and lead multi‑faced projects
Strong analytical skills able to obtain and assess data from multiple sources in order to identify actionable insights that enable decision making, enhance sales messaging and deliver results
Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members at all levels
Experience leading and/or supporting complex business negotiations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Project management proficiency
Experience delivering results working with cross‑functional groups (e.g., sales, R&E, finance, and operations)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate Degree (MBA or equivalent)
4+ years of B2B or B2C retail marketing
Existing knowledge of K‑C products and technologies
Cross‑functional experience delivering results in marketing, sales, and strategy
Product development and commercialization experience
