Senior Living Director – Full Time

Salary Range:
$55,000 to $66,500
Sign‑On Bonus:
$5,000
Shift Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with rotating weekends
Arrow Senior Living has a vibrant, community‑focused culture that values employee appreciation and resident care. The Senior Living Director leads the care and operational direction for the community, building relationships with residents, families, and the team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain close relationships to support potential residents and families in difficult conversations, providing empathy and understanding.
Guide leads and families, helping them problem‑solve and make informed decisions about senior living options.
Drive occupancy by managing move‑ins, move‑outs, and vacancy trends, collaborating with Executive Directors to retain residents.
Ensure exceptional lead experience during tours and community events.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
English communication at 12th‑grade proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
Positive, energetic attitude focused on resident care.
Strong written and verbal communication and practical problem‑solving skills.
Criminal background clearance.
