Executive Director
is responsible for providing exemplary leadership to a management team and driving high standards in resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance and process management.
What will I do every day?
Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance
Effectively manage all operational areas of the community
Ensure that residents receive appropriate care
Conduct community business planning and forecasting
Achieve results for revenue growth and expense management
Create and manage the operating and CapEx budgets
Manage vendor relationships
Execute and support the Sales Leadership process
Apply knowledge of the competition, industry trends
Improve and/or redesign pricing, programs and services
Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth
Adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker’s compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)
What will I need to be successful in this role?
A passion for excellence
Be a great team player
College degree
Master’s degree in Business Management preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years’ management level experience
Experience in senior living, hospitality, hotel or service industries preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Special Requirementsand/or Certifications:
Active RCFE is preferred

Competitive pay: $150,000-$175,000/Yr. Based on Experience
