Job Description The
Director, Digital Automation & Workplace Platforms
leads a cross‑functional team responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery and ongoing support of enterprise automation (RPA), digital workplace (Microsoft 365), and service management (ServiceNow) solutions. This role combines product ownership and technical delivery, ensuring each platform is managed as a strategic product with clear roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and a focus on user experience and adoption. The Director fosters a culture of innovation, applying emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with business units, IT partners, and external vendors is essential to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
You will develop strategic roadmaps for RPA, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow that align with business goals and emerging technologies like AI.
You will ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
You will lead cross‑functional collaboration to drive innovation and adopt industry best practices.
You will cultivate strong partnerships with business units, IT, and vendors to enhance automation and service delivery.
You will analyze technology trends and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate advanced solutions like Gen AI and agentic AI.
You will oversee the design, implementation, and support of technologies that enable digital transformation.
You will govern platform policies and monitor key metrics to mitigate risks and improve performance.
You will manage budgets, resources, and teams while promoting continuous improvement and strategic communication.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree and 10‑12 years’ experience in a technology related field or 15+ years equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strategic planning and roadmap development for enterprise platforms
Product management and ownership across multiple technology domains
Deep understanding of automation (RPA), digital workplace (Microsoft 365), and/or service management (ServiceNow) platforms
Experience applying artificial intelligence (Gen AI, agentic AI) to business processes
