How You'll Spend Your Time
You will drive technology strategy by delivering multi‑year roadmaps, championing innovation, and aligning initiatives with business growth and client experience.
You will advise senior leaders on IT strategy, build cross‑functional partnerships, and lead teams to deliver innovative, client‑focused technology solutions.
You will drive adoption of AI, cloud, and analytics to boost efficiency and client engagement, promote agile practices for adaptability, and implement industry best practices to sustain competitive advantage.
You will ensure IT governance and compliance, monitor risk and performance metrics, and manage vendor partnerships for cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery.
You will inspire and develop high‑performing teams while mentoring future technology leaders and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, or related field and 8-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Develop and execute multi‑year technology roadmaps aligned with wealth management’s business strategy, focusing on digital transformation, data‑driven decision‑making, and client experience.
Champion emerging technologies and assess their potential for business impact, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and agility.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and risk reduction.
Business Partnership & Influence
Serve as a senior technology advisor to wealth management leaders, translating business needs into actionable IT strategies and solutions.
Build strong relationships across product, data, and operations teams to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
Lead cross‑functional teams in the design and delivery of innovative platforms, applications, and client‑facing solutions.
Drive adoption of new technologies, including AI, cloud, and advanced analytics, to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.
Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement, enabling rapid response to market changes and evolving client expectations.
Evaluate and implement best practices from industry leaders to maintain a competitive advantage.
Governance, Risk, & Compliance
Help drive IT governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Establish and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology initiatives.
Help manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality service delivery.
Inspire and develop a high‑performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Mentor future technology leaders and promote diversity of thought and expertise.
