Citi Retail Services is seeking a strategic and seasoned analytics leader to join our growing Portfolio Management & Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced analytics to drive significant impact across our retail portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving growth across various portfolios through universe expansion of our marketing spend and lend programs. Additionally, you will be collaborating with stakeholders to execute these data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to marketing programs expansion: Conduct in-depth analysis of various spend and lend programs including population inclusion/exclusion criterion, identifying key trends, drivers and opportunities for optimization or maximization. Develop data-backed recommendations to enhance profitability and achieve sustainable growth.
Build and maintain a roadmap to monitor marketing eligibility criterion across all CRS’s spend and lend programs
Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive/improve targeting and segmentation strategies
Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies
May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis
Communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings that may be of varying level of complexity
Work closely with various cross functional teams in implementing, tracking and harmonizing criterion across spend and lend programs
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in business/marketing analytics, preferably within financial services or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing large datasets and applying statistical and quantitative techniques.
Proficiency in SAS/SQL, Python, and other relevant analytical tools.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research); Master’s degree preferred.

Salary Range: $129,520.00 - $194,280.00
