Citi Retail Services is seeking a strategic and seasoned analytics leader to join our growing Portfolio Management and Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced analytics to drive significant impact on our retail portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in profitable portfolio growth, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute data?driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Performance Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analyses of portfolio performance, identifying key trends, drivers, and opportunities for optimization. Develop data?backed recommendations to enhance profitability and achieve sustainable growth. Customer Segmentation and Targeting:
Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to identify high?value customer segments. Tailor marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement and acquisition. Marketing Optimization:
Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies to optimize targeting, offer design, and communication across various channels. Growth Strategy:
Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies for specific retail card portfolios, leveraging data insights to capitalize on market opportunities. Competitive Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and best practices. Develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and risk management to ensure alignment and execution of portfolio strategies. Reporting and Communication:
Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to various audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research); Masters degree preferred. 6?10 years of experience in business/marketing analytics, preferably within financial services or a related field. Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing large datasets and applying statistical and quantitative techniques. Proficiency in SAS/SQL, Python, and other relevant analytical tools. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong problem?solving and critical?thinking skills.
