ACCESS is a network of 24/7 multi-specialty hospitals throughout Southern California, providing emergency and specialty care in critical care, internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, neurology, and beyond. Our teams are supported by exceptionally trained staff – including multiple VTS technicians and dedicated technician trainers – who make high-quality, collaborative care possible every day.
We’re equipped with cutting‑edge technology and innovative tools to support advanced diagnostics, treatment, and monitoring – because excellence requires investment.
Your Role: Emergency Veterinarian As an Emergency Veterinarian at ACCESS South Bay, you’ll join a powerhouse team of specialists and ER clinicians who share your drive to save lives and support each other while doing it.

Compensation We offer a competitive, no‑negative‑accrual PROSAL model that rewards both your time and your talent.
Annual range: 160K‑220K (depending on experience, skill set, and location).
Additional compensation opportunities are available through production and shift differentials.
Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Active Veterinary License in the state of employment (or eligibility prior to start)
Active DEA license or eligibility
