24/7 hybrid general practice and emergency hospital
serving Maui County, providing everything from preventative care to advanced diagnostics and critical care. Our team takes pride in

Your Role: Emergency Veterinarian As an
Emergency Veterinarian
at
Central Maui Animal Clinic , you’ll manage emergency and hospitalized patients, perform critical procedures and surgeries, and lead a skilled team of technicians who are dedicated to supporting excellent patient outcomes.
We’re seeking a doctor who is confident in fast‑paced environments, passionate about emergency medicine, and eager to grow in a supportive, team‑oriented culture.
You’ll collaborate closely with specialists across the Thrive network, benefiting from mentorship, continuous learning opportunities, and direct access to medical leaders who champion your growth and well‑being.

Compensation We offer a
competitive, no-negative-accrual PROSAL model
that rewards both your time and your talent.
Annual range:
$150,000-$220,000 (dependent on experience and skill set).
Additional compensation opportunities include
up to $50K sign‑on bonus
and
$30K relocation assistance
for full‑time DVMs.
Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Active Hawaii Veterinary License (or eligibility prior to start)
Active DEA license or eligibility
2‑3 years of experience in emergency medicine or completion of a rotating/emergency internship preferred
