CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking experienced Business Analysts to work with a large federal agency. As a Business Analyst in Business Operations and Content Strategy, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and define functional requirements. Responsibilities include:

Supporting the development of briefings, agendas, and documentation, including training materials and demonstration sessions Documenting and analyzing business and functional requirements for process mapping and system specifications Creating comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, concepts of operations, and status reports Developing high-level briefings and communication materials for various stakeholders Collaborating with government and team members to improve service delivery and implement new technologies Evaluating program materials and proposing improvements Gathering information from subject matter experts to develop manuals, specifications, and process documentation Utilizing Microsoft and Atlassian products to create engaging content Researching, outlining, and editing content for various media formats Performing risk management and communicating issues effectively Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Managing client interactions and expectations Facilitating cross-team collaboration and dependencies Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Ability to pass a Background Investigation and obtain Security Clearance 7+ years of experience in business or systems analysis Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and in teams Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of government projects and policies Experience interacting with senior leadership and government officials Preferred qualifications:

Experience with DHS or other federal agencies Project tracking and reporting skills Knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle and Business Intelligence Certifications such as PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, or CISM Benefits and Commitment:
