Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the Intuit brand through delightful customer experiences.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
