Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
Interact with customers via video communication tools, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in video/audio interactions.
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Pay varies by location. Base pay ranges (example):
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
Additional compensation includes a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
