is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, prepare full-service returns, calculate taxes, and manage product/software inquiries to support Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers to customers, communicating in everyday language.
Interact with customers through Intuit’s video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
