Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert - Bilingual Spanish
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (– CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do In this role you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the correct answers to customers.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions accurately.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax‑preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the brand through excellent customer service via video/audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Compensation Base Pay Range varies by location: Bay Area, California – $28.80 to $36.50; Southern California – $28.80 to $36.50; Colorado – $27.50 to $34.80; Hawaii – $28.80 to $36.50; Illinois – $27.50 to $34.80; Maryland – $27.50 to $34.80; Massachusetts – $28.80 to $36.50; Minnesota – $24.80 to $30.30; New Jersey – $28.80 to $36.50; New York – $28.80 to $36.50; Ohio – $24.80 to $30.30; Vermont – $27.50 to $34.80; Washington – $28.80 to $36.50; Washington DC – $28.80 to $36.50.
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on experience and location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to drive ongoing pay equity.
