Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote
Overview:
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! What You Will Do: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer. Use video communication software for customer interactions and document interactions accurately. Who You Are: Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand. Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional manner. What You Need: Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation: Base pay ranges by region: Bay Area, CA $28.80–$36.50; Southern California $28.80–$36.50; Colorado $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii $28.80–$36.50; Illinois $27.50–$34.80; Maryland $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey $28.80–$36.50; New York $28.80–$36.50; Ohio $24.80–$30.30; Vermont $27.50–$34.80; Washington $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC $28.80–$36.50. Eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
