Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional – CPA – Work From Home
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or practicing attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer in everyday language.
Use Intuit video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.
Compensation Base Pay Range (at various locations):
• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
