Responsibilities
Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager, motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high-energy vibe.
Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services, stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends, and use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, manage inventory, handle cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinate promotional activities.
Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s haul into viral moments.
About You
Sales-Obsessed Energy: Love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
Social & Digital Savvy: Know what’s trending and how to translate it into an amazing customer experience.
Customer-First Mentality: Understand people and make them feel confident and empowered.
Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
Ready to Hustle: Organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.
Job Requirements
Able to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
Completed high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
Able to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35kg (25‑75lbs).
Can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
Passionate about empowering customers to express themselves freely.
Dedicated to excellent customer service throughout visits.
Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
