Mortgage Direct - Account Relationship Associate As a Mortgage Direct - Account Relationship Associate, you are more than a financial resource for our existing customers; you become their partner in creating a brighter future. In addition, you will work cooperatively with other channels throughout the organization, selling or referring the full spectrum of banking products and services Huntington offers. We seek candidates who naturally self‑monitor, stay on task, execute, and follow a structured regimen with little supervision. Outstanding performers are rewarded with lucrative incentives. Duties & Responsibilities

Perform outbound phone calls to customers with existing or prospective Huntington relationships.

Build and broaden customer relationships through referrals of all Huntington mortgage products.

Place outbound calls through a variety of lead sources; discover customer needs and transfer them to an MLO.

Maintain a strong focus on consumer lending.

Utilize multiple systems to make referrals.

Averaging 60+ contact attempts daily through the leads management system.

Demonstrate high energy, initiative, and the ability to consistently meet specific production goals.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, technology, and regulations.

Interact closely with Mortgage Direct personnel to meet customer needs.

Support overall mortgage duties (processing and application input).

Partner on the strategic vision of the department.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma required.

2 or more years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Branch Personal Banker experience highly preferred.

1 Year Home Lending experience – sales, retail branch, or consumer loan origination highly preferred.

Related financial product experience beneficial.

College or evidence of advanced education considered a plus.

Outbound call experience preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Comfortable with or enjoy an outbound approach.

Disciplined approach to time management.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Workplace Type Office with flexible arrangements – in‑office, work‑from‑home, and hybrid options may be available depending on the role and business needs.
