Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a Korean based automotive enterprise to hire an Instructor Led Trainer.

Assistant Manager, Genesis Live and Instructor-Led Training

Purpose:

The purpose of the Assistant Manager of Live and Instructor-Led Training is to assist in the creation and deployment of Genesis Motor America’s (GMA) live training initiatives across all non-technical subject matters (brand, product, process, and more). This position is operational in nature and will need to execute operational and analytical skills to build, promote, and report on all training initiatives within scope.

Major Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and execution of all live and instructor-led training, including but not limited to ride-and-drive events, coaching, and immersions.

Develop and execute standardized reporting, tracking, and/or dashboards to measure the effectiveness of training at various levels like region, retailer, and employee.

Collaborate with agency partners to develop content, curriculum, T3 events, retailer and event schedules, etc.

Partner with Genesis Digital Training team to ensure holistic and cohesive approach to all training deliverables.

Assist with implementation and testing of global training materials to meet local market needs.

Collaborate with Customer Experience and Retail Experience teams to identify areas of improvement that can be delivered through training, ensuring alignment with process guides, resources, and required training for all job roles.

Participate in the development, UAT, and implementation of any new technology software within the department, incl. but not limited to LMS and CMS.

Develop and deploy reporting and communications to key stakeholders.

Interface with National and Regional management and partner with internal departments to implement department programs.

Responsible for tracking and receiving approval from direct supervisor on finances, accruals, expenditures for training program and any support programs.

Responsible for tracking and seeking approval from direct supervisor on supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.

Perform other duties and assignments as determined by leadership.

Qualifications:

High school graduate.

Professional work experience.

Automotive OEM experience strongly preferred.

Skill / Knowledge:

Excellent Project Management skills. Superb problem solving and analytical skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must have highly effective verbal and written skills and be able to make a business case for proposed improvements. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent time management skills. Advanced MS Excel skills. Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

Normal office duties. Business travel as needed.

Fine print:

This is a W2 position.
