The team blends analysts, strategists, data scientists, and product experts, creating a great learning environment for growth.
Responsibilities
Spearhead development, execution, and optimisation strategy for Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities and interpret trends or patterns using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
Communicate complex findings, performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
4‑6 years of experience in a Data Analyst role in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies, such as SQL, Tableau and MS Excel.
Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion.
Stakeholder management & communication skills – ability to influence and persuade at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen.
