We are hiring a Senior Analyst for our Customer Marketing team in Bangkok. This role focuses on scaling new and emerging marketing channels to grow Agoda’s customer base.

Responsibilities
Spearhead the development, execution, and optimisation strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels
Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth
Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations
Proficiency with business intelligence tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel)
Innovative problem‑solving ability, with a track record of tackling complex challenges creatively and adapting to evolving scenarios
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and collaborating across functions
