Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Seasonal
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do
Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions accurately for record keeping.
Who You Are
Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through excellent customer service.
Excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
