Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing accurate tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
Manage product and software inquiries with a focus on delivering the right answer using everyday language.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and apply the correct tax guidance.
Deliver customer‑facing service via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through outstanding customer service.
Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a friendly, professional manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base Pay Range (per-hour):
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
