Join Intuit in the Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Seasonal role. We’re looking for experienced tax professionals who are bilingual in English and Spanish and have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential such as CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney.
Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
Manage product/software inquiries and deliver accurate solutions using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise.
Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions to maintain accurate records, and use everyday language to deliver customer‑friendly service.

Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills – written and spoken.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax matters and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
