Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Retail banking experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation And Benefits Overview Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $20/hour. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon significant lending experience, education, and/or skill level.
