Job Summary The HRIS Analyst will assist in the maintenance and support of the Workday HRIS, including system updates and configurations. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets, generating and analyzing HR reports to provide insights for decision‑making, and participating in user training sessions to support end‑users. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and implement Workday configuration changes and provide production support for routine processes and operations.
Generate data extracts, reporting, and analysis from multiple systems.
Provide technical assistance to the HR community, acting as a liaison with other organizations.
Support projects involving HR systems and integrations.
Gather requirements and complete functional and detailed designs.
Perform gap analyses.
What We’re Looking For Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience; or HS diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience:
2 years of experience with Workday System support and configuration.
Other Must Haves
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
Where You’ll Work
On‑Site in the AEP Headquarters in Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK
