We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety Technician to support our facility’s compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and the health and safety of our consumers and team.

Responsibilities
Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) and temperature logs; elevate issues when necessary.
Conduct internal food safety audits and prepare samples for microbiological testing.
Maintain and organize quality assurance files to support traceability and audit readiness.
Investigate food safety-related customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
Support both internal and external food safety audits and inspections.
Keep hygiene and sanitation records accurate, organized, and compliant with regulations.
Maintain employee training records and track food safety certification renewals.
Deliver food safety and hygiene training to staff as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to multi‑task, work well in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with individuals in different functions.
Passion for working within an international team.
Must be organized and detail‑oriented.
Self‑motivated, professional work ethic & service‑oriented and a hands‑on approach.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Flexibility (different shifts – early morning, evening, weekends, holidays).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience, preferably in a hospitality or food production environment, catering establishment within floor monitoring, food safety and quality parameters.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).
Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems.
Food Safety Certification (state specific if applicable).
HACCP Certified preferred.
