The Paid Search Supervisor must have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in paid search and a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle - from strategic planning, development and execution to performance measurement and optimization. The main responsibility of this role is to develop, execute, and optimize high‑impact paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven problem solver with a proactive and analytical mindset, skilled at identifying growth opportunities, troubleshooting performance issues, and implementing optimization strategies that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and execute paid search strategies, drive measurable performance and business goals

Structure and manage campaigns, including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, etc.

Allocate and manage budgets across multiple campaigns to maximize efficiency, ensuring optimal spend distribution based on performance and business priorities

Oversee day‑to‑day campaign management, including performance tracking, and real‑time optimizations

Tailor strategy to DTCs and HCP, optimizing keyword targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies to meet distinct audience needs and business goals

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Analyze main KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.) to inform optimization strategies and communicate to internal teams and clients

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency

Optimize keywords, including expansion, refinement, and negative keyword management to improve targeting

Work closely with the Analytics team to establish proper UTM tracking, conversion tagging, etc.

Partner with cross‑functional teams, including creative, analytics, and media teams, to align on campaign objectives and drive success for the account

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities

Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and optimization plans to clients

Work closely with platform representatives (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to stay ahead of industry trends, test new features, and troubleshoot platform‑related issues

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of paid search experience managing multiple accounts in an agency, brand, or vendor setting

Strong knowledge of Google and Bing and various bidding strategies

Experience in the Pharmaceutical category

Experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets and optimizing campaigns based multiple KPIs

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and develop actionable recommendations

Troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present insights to clients and internal teams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Detail‑oriented and well organized

Ability to anticipate client needs/perspective/process and respond accordingly

Curiosity about the ever‑changing search marketing landscape, and desire to share latest industry trends and developments with broader teams

Google Ads & Microsoft Ads certifications (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with Google Analytics
