Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and Apple Search to drive acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
Manage campaign structure, budgets, targeting, and ad copy to ensure consistent performance against key KPIs.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and audience segmentation, including retargeting, lookalike, and custom audiences.
Partner with creative and landing page teams to test and refine messaging for improved conversion rates.
Collaborate with analytics teams to apply data-driven insights and inform optimization strategies.
Implement and maintain QA processes to ensure accuracy and compliance across all campaigns.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and search platform updates to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Deep expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search, and SA360.
Proven track record of success in direct response or performance‑driven campaigns.
Skilled in leveraging analytics and data for continuous optimization.
Experience managing global or multi‑market campaigns preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a positive and adaptable mindset.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
