Interior Designer
Join a dynamic team of Interior Designers specializing in corporate office workplace and higher education/K-12 projects. Utilize Revit and either Enscape or SketchUp on a daily basis. Engage in leading programming sessions with clients and develop comprehensive program documents. Collaborate with clients in material selection to create cohesive design presentations. Develop planning layouts and test fits, with an understanding of furniture systems being crucial.
Responsibilities
Participate in a team of Interior Designers focusing on corporate office workplace and higher education/K-12 projects.
Use Revit and either Enscape or SketchUp daily for design tasks.
Lead programming sessions with clients to develop complete program documents.
Work with clients to select materials that lead to cohesive design presentations.
Develop planning layouts and test fits with knowledge of furniture systems.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, specifically in commercial office/Workplace, higher education, K‑12, or similar projects.
Proficiency in Revit.
Experience with SketchUp or Enscape rendering.
Understanding of furniture systems and the ability to develop planning layouts and test fits.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with office interiors and higher education design projects.
Work Environment The work environment is highly collaborative and team‑focused, where everyone plays a role and contributes as needed. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility. Some overtime may be expected, which is compensated with straight time.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00–$45.00/hr.
