Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote Join Intuit to perform tax preparation and client assistance for the upcoming tax season as a Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional. The role is fully remote and requires a CPA, EA, or practicing attorney credential with an active PTIN.

Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Qualified candidates must have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or practicing attorney).

What You Will Do

Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support customers.

Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to locate and deliver accurate answers to customer questions.

Work in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.

Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.

Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).

Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

What You Need

Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.

Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour

New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour

Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
