This position requires

on-site interviews :

Irving, TX

Richardson, TX

Key Responsibilities

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot

SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and indexes

across multiple platforms.

Manage

high availability (HA)

and

clustering

solutions to ensure database uptime.

Design and maintain

disaster recovery (DR)

strategies, ensuring compliance with

RTO (Recovery Time Objective)

and

RPO (Recovery Point Objective)

requirements.

Implement and enforce

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

and other security best practices.

Perform

performance tuning, query optimization, and index strategy management .

Monitor and maintain database health, capacity, and performance metrics.

Support

backup, restore, replication, and failover

operations.

Required Skills

Strong SQL skills ( query writing, optimization, indexing, performance tuning ).

Deep expertise in

Postgres administration

(replication, tuning, HA/DR).

Experience with

MongoDB

(replica sets, sharding, query tuning).

Experience administering

Neo4j graph databases .

Proven background in

cluster management, HA, DR, RTO, RPO .

Strong knowledge of

RBAC, database security, and auditing .

Proficiency with

Linux/Unix environments

and scripting (Bash, Python).
