Are you the tech‑savvy, cloud‑loving person with Cloud and IT Service Management expertise? Do you want to be the key person that helps our strategic enterprise customers achieve the most from Microsoft products and services? As a CSAM you are the primary delivery lead and partner for our strategic clients, empowering them to accelerate value realization across Microsoft’s Digital Cloud platforms. You will manage end‑to‑end post‑sales delivery and support across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem, aligning resources to achieve customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health.

Listen to conversations with customers and align objectives with Microsoft’s portfolio of work.

Align with the account team to link Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop program based on bookable work.

Support delivery of program planning and customer‑facing program reviews, prioritize engagements, and coordinate with key technical stakeholders to deliver ongoing customer success.

Initiate conversations with customers, connect objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio, adopt strategy, and ensure alignment of Microsoft technology and services with customer goals.

Track adoption and usage, identify areas for improvement, drive usage, and monitor retention and churn risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer‑facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.

OR Master’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of such experience.

OR equivalent experience.

3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.

Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification (e.g., Azure, 365).

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service‑management certification.

Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification, or Prosci‑equivalent certification.

Security Clearance Requirements

Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI based on SSBI polygraph.

Verification of clearance required before offer; ongoing verification.

Must pass Microsoft Cloud background checks upon hire and biennially thereafter.

Citizenship & Verification This role requires verification of U.S. citizenship via passport or approved documents.

Base Pay Range USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year (U.S.). In San Francisco Bay and New York City metropolitan areas: USD $137,600 – $222,600 per year.
