Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join a global leader in the diagnostics and life sciences industry. This is a long-term onsite opportunity (no remote option) supporting the company's data analytics and reporting initiatives within its IT and Global Operations teams.
Assignment Duration: Through December 31, 2026
Location: Branchburg, NJ (onsite only - no hybrid or remote
Pay: $40-50/hr (W2) (no C2C or visa sponsorship available)
About the Role
In this role, you'll help advance the organization's data analytics strategy by developing, integrating, and optimizing data pipelines and reporting dashboards. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to automate reporting, build efficient data flows, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to automate and streamline data processing.
- Integrate and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to support business operations.
- Collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-impact analytics.
- Build and optimize data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau).
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and alignment across teams.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Tableau
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Familiarity with data parsing, automation scripts, and APIs
- Experience handling diverse data types (JSON, XML, Google Sheets, images)
- Exposure to version control systems (Git) or CI/CD principles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science and 2+ years of related experience
OR - Master's degree in a related field and 1+ year of experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating multiple systems
- Understanding of relational and non-relational database structures
- Experience creating dashboards or lightweight data apps (e.g., Streamlit, R Shiny)
- Bonus: Familiarity with Machine Learning or analytics in life sciences/healthcare
