Position: Senior Recruiter
Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA (Onsite in Carson)
Shift: Mon - Fri
Employment Type: Temp To Hire
Pay Range: $65-$70/hr DOE
Target Start: Mid-November

Their Talent Acquisition and HR function is also expanding, creating new opportunities to shape process, influence strategy, and make a lasting impact. They're looking for a Senior Recruiter who's as passionate about building great teams as they are about building better technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for both technical and go-to-market roles, including hardware engineers, robotics engineers, mechatronics, revenue operations, marketing, and sales.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and directors to define roles, provide market insights, and evolve hiring strategies as needs shift.
• Build structure, efficiency, and automation into the recruiting process to help the team scale smarter.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively build talent pipelines for upcoming needs.
• Collaborate closely with a growing TA and HR team focused on driving alignment, consistency, and a world-class candidate experience.
• Contribute to establishing the company's contract recruiting program as hiring volume increases.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning both technical and commercial disciplines.
• Strong track record partnering with senior hiring managers and adapting to changing business priorities.
• Process-minded and data-driven, with a knack for spotting opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
• Excited by the idea of helping a company (and its people function) grow from the inside out.
• Based in the Los Angeles area with the ability to work hybrid from the Carson HQ.
