Company Our client is the leading brand in luxury linen apparel, rooted in effortless Italian elegance and inspired by a coastal, sophisticated lifestyle. Their Miami boutique is more than a store – it’s a destination where quality, warmth, and style meet. We’re looking for a Store Manager , who will live the brand, take ownership of the boutique, and deliver results through passion and purpose. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales goals and deliver 5-star service. Offer every client a personalized, high-touch shopping experience. Build strong relationships with loyal customers, influencers and local businesses for partnerships. Oversee daily operations: staff management, inventory, visual merchandising. Plan and host in-store events to bring the brand to life in Miami. Analyze KPIs (UPT, ADS, conversion) and translate them into action. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in premium retail store management. Deep love for fashion, style, and authentic client relationships. Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven. Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus. Passionate about being on the floor, setting the tone, and leading by example. What We Offer: Base salary + sales performance bonuses.
