What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Mine and analyze large-scale credit, transactional, and behavioral datasets to inform credit risk and pricing strategies
• Write performant SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for key performance indicators
• Partner with cross-functional teams to track metrics for credit performance and portfolio health
• Support the development of AI/ML models through exploratory data analysis and validation

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake)
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Solid understanding of credit risk concepts and key lending KPIs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Exposure to AI/ML-based decision systems in underwriting or fraud detection
• Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and modern data stack tools
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation
