What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Mine and analyze large-scale credit, transactional, and behavioral datasets to inform credit risk and pricing strategies
Write performant SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for key performance indicators
Partner with cross-functional teams to track metrics for credit performance and portfolio health
Support the development of AI/ML models through exploratory data analysis and validation
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related technical field
4+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in fintech or financial services
Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake)
Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Solid understanding of credit risk concepts and key lending KPIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Exposure to AI/ML-based decision systems in underwriting or fraud detection
Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and modern data stack tools
Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation
