About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee and drive the recruitment function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent across diverse roles and industries. This leadership position requires expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and guiding a team to achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, a proven ability to lead recruiters, and deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and report on progress to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Manage vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Experience recruiting in specialized industries such as technology, healthcare, or engineering.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices in diversity hiring.
