Base Pay Range

$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr

Our client, a well‑known private equity firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to provide coverage for an EA currently on leave. This role will support senior leaders across two key business groups, including a Managing Partner, Principal, Associate, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. The position requires exceptional professionalism, judgment, and discretion due to the high level of visibility and exposure to sensitive information.

Please note this is a hybrid, 3‑month contract role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $80–$90/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to four executives across multiple time zones (San Francisco and New York).
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, scheduling across global time zones, and prioritizing meetings strategically.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare expense reports accurately and promptly.
  • Support internal communications and coordinate with other Executive Assistants across the organization.
  • Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Provide occasional support outside of standard business hours, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, professional environment (finance, consulting, or tech preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high‑level stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to work standard 8:00am–5:00pm PT hours, with flexibility for early or late support as needed.
