Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Lead the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes in collaboration with leadership.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
Partner with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Lead special projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting best practices.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled at building cross‑functional relationships.
