Overview Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager . This role will oversee the month-end close process, account reconciliations, and both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. The Accounting Manager will supervise two accounting staff and play a key role in financial reporting and inventory accounting. Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close processes Oversee daily operations of AP and AR Prepare and review account reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Maintain and improve inventory accounting processes Supervise, mentor, and develop two accounting team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with inventory accounting NetSuite experience is required Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Marketing Services Note: Get notified about new Accounting Manager jobs in McLean, VA . #J-18808-Ljbffr
